Mitigate Morning Dew
Dew encourages disease development when it is wet and warm enough for growth. Therefore reducing dew formation leads to healthier more disease resistant turf. SMS Dew Manager allows for mowing and maintenance operations to start earlier in the day thus saving both time and money. SMS Dew Manager replaces the time consuming and laborious tasks of whipping, brushing and hose dragging. These unique surfactants have a twin mode of action. First, they are very effective at reducing the surface tension of water molecules thus preventing dew and frost formulation. Secondly they have a very strong binding capacity, which enables them to attach to the surface of the leaf giving superior longevity.

Rate:
Apply 2–6 ounces per 100 gallons of water. Nominal rates are
based upon initial pH levels at or near 8.0. Always jar test with a calibrated meter with each spray
formulation variance. Check pH prior to adding fertilizer or pesticides and adjust solution to optimum range. Verify pH after adding ingredients as needed with buffer solution.
All mixes should be completed under agitation.

Spray Tank Buffer
SMS Water Stability is a safe carboxylic acid of natural origin for lowering pH of spray solutions as well as increasing penetration of mixed materials on all soil types. The acid complex is derived from multiple sources of carboxylic weak acids. SMS Water Stability is designed primarily for use with water sources high in all salt forms as well as most effluent water sources. With the combined sources of acids, a continuous reaction process will extend the degradation activity as well as relieve surface tension. Always follow labeled statements for pH ranges to prevent pesticide and fertilizer degradation that is caused by alkaline hydrolysis.

Defoamer: 3 to 4 ounces per 100 gallons of spray solution
For preventative treatment, add use rate of SMS Antifoam needed for load when tank is 1/4 full.
For curative treatment, add to spray solution at greatest point of agitation.
Foam Prevention
SMS Antifoam is an effective defoamer for use in suppressing foam. SMS Antifoam is formulated for fast knockdown of troublesome foam that develops during tank mix agitation. Advance antifoam applications can provide effective preventative suppression of foam prior to agitation. Shake well before use.

Rate:
Fill tank with clean water and add 1 quart of Tank Cleaner L per 100 gallons of water. Remove nozzles and strainers to clean separately in a bucket with 1 to 2 ounces of Tank Cleaner L to assist cleaning process.
Liquid Spray Tank Maintenance
SMS Tank Cleaner L is effective at cleaning metal, fiberglass and plastic spray systems. It assists with the removal of dirt, grime, grease, chemical and fertilizer residues from tanks and equipment. Not recommended on nonferrous metals. Tank Cleaner L helps to eliminate rust and scale and keeps equipment in ready-to-use condition.
